Your Voice Is Essential to Improve Your Group Insurance Plan

 

 

Starting June 16, you will receive an invitation to take part in an important consultation about your group insurance plan. This consultation is organized and managed by the Advisory Committee for Retirees (ACR). This long-awaited initiative aims to adjust certain benefits to better meet your needs, while maintaining a balance between the coverage offered and the cost of the plan.

We would like to remind you that preparing any enhancement to the plan requires several months of work, the involvement of experts, and significant costs. That’s why your participation is essential: for the consultation to be truly representative and meaningful, we need as many responses as possible.

The insurer Beneva is acting solely as a messenger: its role is to send you, by email, the secure instructions to participate in the consultation. The email will be sent from the address communicationac@beneva.ca, and the sender will appear as Beneva.  All responses will be collected through an online platform (Survey Monkey) and processed confidentially.

Several important changes are being proposed to improve the plan. It is therefore crucial to keep in mind the equation “premium = claims.” Your responses will help guide decisions toward a plan that is sustainable, fair, and beneficial for all members.
